All programs, classes and Reiki sessions are live and interactive, not pre-recorded
Programs are spread out over several weeks, in bite sized sessions, to allow for absorption, reflection, practice and integration, providing a solid foundation for your practice
Each program is designed to create an intentional community where participants get to know and support each other throughout the program and beyond
Programs welcome and celebrate LGBTQI and BIPOC people and honor the uniqueness and lived experiences of each person
Programs incorporate breath work, meditation, journaling, and somatic self-care practices to expand and deepen your experience and Reiki practice
Ongoing support for Reiki practitioners of any level is available through monthly coaching/mentoring sessions
After completion of your first program, each student receives three months of mentoring/coaching/integration sessions to support you in fully implementing Reiki into your life
All students receive discounted rates for future programs

Reiki for Resilience & Empowerment--Beginning Your Journey

Join a community of like minded people as we support each other on this journey.

Explore Reiki as a tool for personal growth and wellness
Deepen your self care practice and build resilience
Feel more empowered and able to face uncertainty with increased confidence

Each week will include a lesson, discussion, demonstration, and practice. Learn alongside others who share an interest in Reiki as a self empowerment tool. You’ll contribute to a shared learning experience and develop a strong foundation for your Reiki practice.

Optional Group Reiki sessions and a private Reiki session are included in the program.

Together we’ll create a safe space to ask questions, share your experiences and give and receive feedback.

Would you like to be guided through this journey in an intentional community as you discover new ways to access and strengthen Reiki energy?

This program is open to anyone who has completed a Reiki Level I class.

In this program, you will:

Be attuned to and learn to use the 3 Usui Reiki Level II symbols
Strengthen the effects of Reiki for yourself and others
Increase mental and emotional healing
Learn a variety of techniques to allow Reiki to travel over time and space (for individuals and situations)
Learn and practice using Reiki to clear the energy of rooms and objects, and to charge objects with Reiki
Give and receive distance Reiki sessions to integrate learning, practice techniques, develop your style, and gain confidence
Develop your own personalized Reiki practice
